X-Fuel Hybrids

Hybrid conversion systems

EXTERNAL POWER to the creation of real time fuel

Converting existing motors into hybrids

about this project

The world needs a new fuel source

Where others have failed, this will succeed.

Using External power, batteries charged by the grid and solar, we have unlocked a new future of converting the world into hybrids. An infinitely improvable process with fundamental gains.

This does not violate the laws of physics, thermodynamics or man.

External power driving fuel reactors to improve the efficiency of our world is the future we are bringing.

The real project story – Not really a fairytale, but, kinda getting there.

How long of a story do you really want? This story has been 12 years in the making. A story filled with ups and downs, pain, suffering, triumph, failure, frustration and success. The short version is below, wait for the Netflix special to get the whole thing.

12 years ago, Michael left his corporate technician job after identifying fossil fuel usage as the root cause of almost all suffering in this world. The realest cause of suffering is money, but when you look at why we can’t actually get rid of money in this world, it is actually because of fuel and energy. The wheels must continue to spin.

People point to the vehicles as the problem, trying anything to escape the obvious but the root of the problem is actually one step further down. The problem is the fuel that the vehicles consume. For going from A to B, for hauling our goods whether by train, truck, or ship, our vehicles do the job, but come at a pretty steep cost of doing so such as fuel bills, emissions, wars. None of that is great for us. That is what Xfuel is designed to solve. Systemically.

In his research, Michael discovered hydrogen add-ons for vehicles but quickly figured out that plugging in an external device to be powered by a vehicle tiself did not make any sense at all to improve the function. You cannot take power from a host and give power back to a host. Doing so violates the laws of thermodynamics, however, if you could make the same fuel and never touch the hosts engine the game gets changed and the problem is solved. Enter the concept of battery driven electrolysis. If the power came from somewhere else, like a solar panel, or the utility grid and then is used to make hydrogen the result should be fundamental gains. This has proven to be absolutely correct.

Michael spent about 5 years trying every known combination of explanations to the VC’s, built many different functional prototypes to demonstrate the concept, but the past and history of hooking mason jars up to car batteries, snake oil, and all sorts of predatory con men blocked the technical merits being apparent to the educated and open mind. Michael ultimately failed to differentiate to allow for the progression of the technology. His failure left the tech, possibly the most important technology possible that could impact the lives of everyone on this planet, stuck.

Determined, Michael invented another, albeit longer, path forward, to act as a trojan horse to gather resources. One of the biggest Trojan horses in the history of the world really. Solar Farms.

Michael spent the last 7 years running and developing the business of converting retired semi trailers into self-contained, digitally controlled, and solar based precision agriculture machines. A detour that proved almost as challenging as the road he came from, with equally as many setbacks, problems, pain and triumphs as before, however, starting with nothing, Michael and now his exquisite team have seen to the successful construction of 037 of these farms. Each one a better than last. They became one of, if not the best system engineering companies in the world.

At unit 010, Michael met Brent, and that’s when things really got interesting. Brent, a surprisingly good hearted solar installer with significant intellectual capabilities and annoyingly high standards of quality walked up to Michael at a farmers market, where Michael proceeded to explain what he wanted to do, and they formed a friendship and warriors bond that’s material composition is somewhere between titanium and the stuff Thors hammer is made out of.

Together, Michael and Brent have worked their asses off. Blood, actual blood, and actual tears spent in the service of this plan and these technologies. Just the two of them for a good long  while. And then a young man named Chandler answered a craigslist ad, and joined the fight at Units 021 putting in more heart, effort and dedication than can be measured. In the absolute frigid and meanest cold winters of the remote eastern Colorado countryside working outside, they have fought together. THESE fellas have got their absolute asses beat, over and over again to get the job of building these farms for our clients done.

Together they have developed an expertise in culinary mushrooms like lions mane and king trumpet, cannabis cultivation, food production, microgreen production, battery technology, control technology, solar systems, manufacturing, business management, fabrication, client education, everything required to produce enough of these solar farms to have enough money to develop this technology without having to answer to anyone.

Last year solar farm Instagram post went insanely viral, and it was clear that we were doing something important there too. Thousands of people called wanting solar farms. The phone rang for about 3 months straight with people all around the world signing up to run farms. Moving their lives around to run farms and provide food for their local communities and make some money. The continued turnout for these machines has been absolutely monumental, and is steadily increasing.

At Units 026, Jeff and Dylan Joined the fight of building the solar farm machines and in a remote farm in the eastern Colorado countryside, they have all worked to provide the farms, and in the background per the plan, but as solar farms grew so did the overhead, which kinda foiled the plan, until….

A friend named Nate acted with cosmic purpose in his heart to fuel Brent and Michael as they continued to piece together different experiments for the Xfuel technology. Providing the first actual investment the technology has ever seen. Just enough to buy a semi truck, and build two final customer ready prototypes.

Michael spent the first long stretch testing different versions of the Xfuel concept, using shitty batteries and parts that were lying around, on mediocre vehicles at best. The limitation being the batteries really. Heavy and not very power dense. Lithiums being the proper choice, called for from the start. However, until very recently prohibitively expensive.

7 versions of the gasoline system have been built, 2 for the diesel, and 1 for the semi truck. Resulting in a very unique expertise in the processes and dynamics of the tech.

The tech has been focused on the diesel really for the longest time. Diesel engines run our world, haul our goods, move our dirt, and do the work required for a semi advanced industrialized civilization. Every cargoship, every train, every semi truck, every work truck, every tractor, school bus, and RV uses diesel as its fuel, and thereby the most important focus point for Xfuel.

Interfacing with the diesel engine was simpler than most companies would have you believe. Fixing it, making this work, wasn’t hard. Basically at all. Funding it, was absolutely the biggest challenge ever. Like ever ever.

Now, we built 2 systems for the consumer pickup truck on the F250 shitbox. Called the M2 line.  The first was cobbled together with very very heavy AGM batteries, and looked like the ghostbusters built it. Shown here. Lol. let the record show it was built to try and send up a signal to attract development money, which, kinda worked, as a lot of folks liked it and a ton of people tried to buy that one, but I assure you it was absolutely nowhere near ready for anyone to own. Lol not anywhere close.

The second diesel system is far far closer to customer ready. Built into a standardized tool box, equipped with a giant lithium deep cycle battery, the biggest fuel cells we could fit in, and a ton of simplified controls, now we are getting somewhere.

The F250 was a shitbox, bought for $2500 off a less than savory individual, and honestly ran like shit. On its abolute best day, that truck got 9-11mpg before the Xfuel system, and with the M2.2 we came in at 19.7 at the pump, and saw 33 mpg on the highway for an extended period of time. The question still remains of what will this do on an actual decent pickup truck, however, for now, this was conclusive enough.

The real work, the real focus of Xfuel is the over the road trucking market, which is where we will focus as a company into the foreseeable future.

Shown here, the reason for this release, is the M3 system built onto a 2015 volvo VNL15 with a 12.7L cummins engine. Equipped with a very large, lightweight battery bank, 8 of the biggest fuel generators ever made, a digital control system, onboard 220V power, solar interface, and a giant fuel management and conditioning system, the M3 is the truest, first version of Xfuel to ever really exist. No expense spared, no deviations.

But in today's bullshit filled world, we needed more than just building the biggest system in history, we also needed dyno results to back this shit up, and we sure did get them. Below is some of the High RPM numbers showing 60HP gain, and 157FTLB of torque added with the system enabled. BUT please note, the results we are shooting for are at the lower RPM range, in which the air volume matches our input better. It works. Works well. And can be made to work better as we go.

Driving Xfuel systems result in a very simple result, pressing the peddle less to do the same job. With the real target of being less peddle to maintain speed. Look at Xfuel like a steady stream of NOS. Clean burning NOS.

That being said, we have seen a sustained 22 -27 mpg in this semi truck that normally gets 9. We are still testing, and obviously we need loaded data and that is coming as we go.

Let it be known that we do not know the upper limits of this technology. This is just the beginning. We can continue to make this better and better into the foreseeable future.

Now, let’s talk about what to do from here shall we?

How fast do you want this world fixed? That’s the realest question we have right now.

Let’s work it back for just a second.

Converting the world to electric vehicles is a 100 year asinie proposition. Xfuel is the only way. Period. Always has been. The only reason it has been so heavily invested is really due to lack of this option.

There are

335 million semi trucks in the world, roughly

100,000 commercial sea vessels

100,000 trains

1,000,000,000+ pickup trucks

And we wont even mention the passenger cars.

All of these, could take an Xfuel system and use half as much fuel.

(For those of you wondering that makes X-fuel the most valuable technology to ever exist in the history of mankind)(that’s not the point though, never has been)

So what does it really take. 10 trillion dollars to fix the whole planet. Maybe 20 trillion. The whole thing. But like compared to 200 trillion to switch to electric, and about as much as the US government will end up spending on the F35 program would convert at least 50% of the United States.

Xfuel is the only thing that makes any sense at all. Reduce the worlds fuel consumption 50-75%, liberating trillions of dollars in fuel dollars, extend the life of the vehicles we have already made.

Practically, the smartest move would be for the World governments to write us a check and we just do it. However, I think it is pretty clear if the smartest move is going left, our leaders tend to go right, like clockwork really, so thereby, it is up to us, and up to the citizens of this world to unite and do it.

That said, we are in a barn, in the Colorado countryside. Yikes.

We have a plan. There is a facility that has set vacant for 20 years strangling a little town called Simla, that is owned by a corporate conglomerate who refuses to sell for anything but top most dollar, that we would like to pry from their hands.

This facility and thereby the whole town can be put to work for the first stages of Xfuel.

Out of the Simla building we can probably build 20,000 units a year. Laughable in context of the size of the market, but monumental for actually doing the job.

We will then find other disused buildings and resurrect them, putting people to work in the process.

Because of the widespread applicability of this technology, we have decided to give the owner operators the first priority. These are the folks that need it the most. They drive their asses off, and everything is making their lives harder. Red tape for days, high cost of everything, and most of these folks driving all of our goods everywhere just want to put food on the table for their families. They get first dibs on Xfuel.

We will offer the pickup truck system at scale also, targeting folks with high mileage jobs, older trucks they love, and working folks as well.

I am not gonna lie, I have never known how we get all this done in this life without all of us working together. Seriously.

But for just a moment, just a split second, imagine we get this right. Imagine the elites of the world realize they are stuck on this shitbox planet too, and the fight for resources is toxic and primitive, and join me in removing the boot off the back of humankinds head.

I am from the future where this works, at scale, and all I want to do is go home.

Where I am from, every school is properly funded with teachers properly paid and students properly fed. Homeless people don’t exist, we pay to get them the proper care, pay people to care for them, to help them recover from whatever affliction they have. Space programs properly funded so we can become a multi-planet species. Cost of goods goes down so everyone has what they need and can afford it, costs of construction go down for building new things. In my future we have the United States problem correction fund, and whatever problem you have can be solved with combined resources. Medical research fully funded. Anyone with a damn dream gets their chance. That is the future where I am from.

The world spends $8 trillion dollars directly on fuel. Just fuel. Not including upstream and downstream spending. Imagine half of that spent elsewhere.

I understand from where we are right now, this seems impossible. I really do. But join me in this vision for just a moment, and see what I see. We could course correct our entire world by getting this right. That is why I have bled for this and would die for this, because there is literally no greater good we could ever hope to achieve in this lifetime than this plan reaching fruition.

And for those thinking the Oil industry is going to come after us, We are effectively securing diesel and oil as a clean fuel for the rest of time. This is the only technology trying to save them. We will keep the Kenworths, the Peterbuilts, the Mack trucks on the road well into the future, and the oil industry will join us in doing this, as soon as they see this campaign. I hope they do, and I hope they send their security detail, because the electric truck makers are gonna be pissed.

Xfuel is inevitable folks. If I have failed to make that case here, I will find another way to get this job done. I have done so, like the terminator, for 12 years, rerouting and finding alternate power. Every step I have ever taken has shown that not only does this work, but it can be made to work even better. If this campaign is successful, I will see this done and will not rest until a new future arrives.

It is ready enough, I am ready, we are ready, and I hope you are too.
